We understand that working with creative people such as graphic designers, writers, photographers and the various media can be confusing. Helping you to understand what we do and become comfortable is part of our job.
First we need to learn about you, your company and goals.
We talk, in person or by phone to determine as much as we can about your business and what you want it to do. Some questions we may discuss are:
- What is your business?
- Do you have an established brand we need to work with?
- Who are your competitors?
- What makes your business unique?
- Who are your customers?
- Who do you want to be your customers?
- What benefits do you offer customers?
- What questions do customers have about your business?
- How can we best tell your story to your customers?
- What is the best media to reach your customers?
- What can we do and stay within your budget?
- What is your time frame?
After we answer questions, we determine how we want to proceed. We will write a description of the project with the steps needed to complete the project, the timeline and estimated price. Before any work is done we want to make sure everyone understands the project and agrees to the amount of work and price. No surprises.
During the process we will communicate frequently and we will not proceed without approval from you for each step. Once the project is done as described in the agreement or with revisions agreed upon along the way, you will be billed.
Creative people are problem solvers. Tell them about what you are trying to accomplish and with your input they will find the best solution possible. For example, sometimes a client will say they want a brochure, but after talking we both decide that another medium may reach their audience more effectively and get a better response. When you spend money, we want to make sure you get value for the dollar.
We will do all we can to make sure you understand the process and pleased with the outcome. After all, we want you to be happy and we want our work to get results for you.
