Thanks Jan, I'm sorry for your problems. What I really like about this video is how passionate and funny the man is and how he gets his message out in an original, entertaining way.

For many reasons I see our time as a period of transition and opportunity. I know people are suffering and I don't condone exorbitant salaries for anyone but because of economic and environmental forces we are going to need to make changes. The marketing and communications business has totally changed. It's been challenging for me.

As for change, it's what we get. It just seems to be in warp speed right now. People have the choice to fight it and make it hard on themselves or keep an open mind and heart and look for the opportunities that are out there. Either way it will not be easy but the open mind way certainly makes me happier.

I went to the KC TED event in August and found it really inspiring. I think you can watch it at this link. http://www.tedxkc.org/

I think your site is awesome and I believe in everything you talked about. I`m disabled, but have been trying to find something I can do for 20-24 hours per month =n order to be eligible to receive KS Working Healthy Medicaid. I, too, am pissed, because I am ill, have had multiple surgeries over the past 3 years, but am not eligible for KS Medicaid because I "make too much money" on Disability(my spenddown is roughly $7100/6 months), and I`m too sick to work in the medical field right now. Something is very broken with our sysytem. I,too, am pissed.

I can't hold it in any longer. Chuck is correct but he's not the first to answer correctly. Some people remembered what I told them Saturday and were quicker on the e-mail. Thanks everyone for your interest. I'll show some more photos of it on another post.

Hi Dayna, you may have seen it growing in Canada. I can't say for sure. It's not a calla lily and it's not a native plant. I will reveal a clue soon if no one gets it right.

Hi Liz, if they are tomatoes, they are doll sized. I really am into coleus and those other plants like hostas and heuchera that have so many colorful leaves. Iris pallida is a winner too. One of my favorite coleus is Sedona but I have only been able to find it one year. Playing around with purples, limes, greens and blue greens is great fun. I think I've gotten past flowers and am now working on foliage color, textures and of course, food.

WOW! You are a gardener supreme. So many beautiful, healthy plants. Love the coleus (I have two varieties) and the purple basil. I don't know what the mystery plant is, but it looks like the stems hold bunches of tomatoes sized for a doll house.

Thanks for the pics!
